These terms apply when you use mmgmena.com or enroll in an MMG program. By paying for a program, you accept them together with the other policies listed on the policies page.
1. Who we are
MMG is an Algerian education company operating from Algiers. Its legal identity is on the legal notice. Contact: contact@mmgmena.com, WhatsApp +213 556 05 94 63.
2. What you buy
An enrollment gives one person access to one program: recorded lessons on our classroom platform, private groups, one-on-one expert sessions and lives during the 28-day accompaniment, and one year of access to the lessons and their updates. The price is shown in Algerian dinars before payment and includes everything; there is no subscription.
3. Enrollment
You apply through the form, a member of our team calls you, and you enroll only after that call. We may decline an application without giving a reason, in particular when the requirements (a computer, availability, a realistic expectation) are not met. You must be at least 18.
4. Your obligations
- Use your access personally. Sharing your account, downloading or redistributing lessons is forbidden and ends your access without refund.
- Respect the community rules: no spam, no selling to other members, no harassment, no sharing of others' data. Moderators may remove you from the groups.
- Give accurate information at enrollment and for delivery.
5. Our obligations
- Open your access within 72 hours of confirmed payment.
- Provide the experts, groups and lives described on the program page during your 28 days, and the extension under the guarantee.
- Keep the lessons available for one year and update them when the tools change.
6. Intellectual property
The lessons, scripts, prompts, templates and the store theme are MMG's property, licensed to you for your own business only. You may use what you build (your store, your videos) freely; you may not resell or teach our material.
7. No income guarantee
MMG teaches skills and accompanies you. We make no promise of income, sales, clients or financial result. Testimonials describe individual experiences. Your results depend on your work, your product, your clients and your market.
8. Liability
MMG is not liable for decisions you take in your business, for third-party services (delivery companies, payment providers, ad platforms, AI tools) or for losses of profit. Our liability is limited to the price you paid.
9. Payment, delivery and refunds

10. Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do. The terms in force at your enrollment apply to it.
11. Applicable law
Algerian law applies. Any dispute goes first to our team by email, then, if unresolved, to the competent courts of Algiers.
